The Fundraising Case for Program Evaluation"

"Rachel is very organized, with excellent planning and follow-through, and an ability to keep people on task in a gentle and, sometimes, humorous way. She is a clear and prepared public presenter, and a good focus group facilitator. Rachel is flexible, pleasant to work with, and can ‘herd cats’ very well as needed to keep projects moving forward. Rachel has a thorough understanding of project planning, management and implementation.”

—Anita Shafer Aaron, Executive Director, LightHouse for the Blind

"It has been a joy working with Rachel. Not only does Rachel help us plan, create, and implement successful evaluation, she understands our program’s goals and our community. Thanks to Rachel’s insight, organization, and enthusiasm, we have had the chance to ask the questions we most want the answers to, and to use that information to grow."

—Casey Ward Federico, Program Supervisor, Our Second Home
