Tools: interviews, focus groups, surveys, literature review, research design and logic modeling.

I support intentional change processes in organizations. I may design a step-by-step inquiry or “organizational diagnosis,” facilitate a planning process, develop a curriculum, or lead a training or retreat.

I have news to share with you about a couple of projects that have engaged me these past few months:

First, I am proud to announce that I am among a small group of firms and individuals who have pre-qualified to provide public sector and non-profit organizational consulting services to the City and County of San Francisco, in the areas of
“Nonprofit CapacityBuilding Services” and “Public Sector Organizational
Assessment and Change Management Implementation Services.”
