I ask questions and gather information from community members, staff and board, collaborating groups, and organizational records. Tools: interviews, focus groups, surveys, literature review, research design and logic modeling.
     FACILITATE: Planning & Training
I support intentional change processes in organizations. I may design a step-by-step inquiry or “organizational diagnosis,” facilitate a planning process, develop a curriculum, or lead a training or retreat.

Thank you for taking a moment to read my news.First, I'm pleased to be able to tell you about three projects I'm working on now:

Grassroots Institute for Fundraising Training (GIFT) provides fundraising analysis, training, and resources to strengthen nonprofit organizations, especially groups focused on social justice and based in communities of color. The GIFT internship program trains and pays community organizers of color to strengthen the grassroots fundraising programs of social justice groups. Using a mixed-methods approach, we are collecting information to inform and shape the internship program.
